The Speckled Bush-cricket is green with fine black to reddish speckling on the body and antennae. The wings are strongly reduced, and the species cannot fly. It occurs in warm coastal shrubs, forest edges and meadows, and follows the coastline in the Østlandet and Sørlandet regions.
