The Slender Ground-hopper is a small, slender grasshopper with elongated, thorn-like pronotum. The body is well camouflaged in greyish, beige and brown colours. The species usually occurs along rivers, streams and lakes, in both drier and moister situations. It is found throughout Norway north to Finnmark County.
